Welcome to my webpage about the AD&D campaign I am going to soon be running. It takes place in a world of my own creation, Qedia. Qedia is going to be created as the players go along... It will start in one setting, in this case, the gothic sort of 'Transylvania' setting, and will expand from there depending on what kind of adventure I decide to run... I am looking forward to, after this Vampire Hunter campaign, to move to a country dominated by a corrupt thieves guild, and then to a swashbuckling campaign. From there, who knows. I may run a generic fantasy one. I think that this is the biggest pro with making the campaign world this way; you can create your world as you like, as you go along. You can make it as big as you need, with no guidelines.

As I have stated, this will be the first campaign I run. I have based the setting on the Castlevania series of games put out by Konami for various gaming systems. The PCs will play valiant undead-thwarters, who are fed up with the reign of terror that the denizens of the night put on their otherwise peaceful countryside. They set out to do something about it, and get wrapped in all sorts of terror and mystery.

This will be another campaign I plan to run. I like swashbuckling movies, like the Princess Bride, as do the guys I play with. I think that we could really get into this stuff, especially the insults... :-)
It is going to take place on a series of islands, where mercantilism reigns. I may up the tech level to renaissance for this, and allow firearms.

This will, hopefully, be the second campaign I am going to run. It is going to take place on a place called the Wilderian Penninsula, which was recently split into two separate countries. The northern kingdom, where the adventuring will take place, was taken over by the thieves guilds. The guild will have taken away the PCs land, forcing them to band together to fight the guild.

These are just some of the ideas I've had... I would also like to do a viking-style campaign, some seafaring, and an arabian style one. Plus, of course, some generic fantasy... If you've got any other ideas for successful campaigns you've run, I'd love to hear 'em... Just e-mail me!
